Apr 16, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK (SUN) — In breaking news on April 17th 2009, in the Trial Court of Bangalore the Judge finally passed an order in the matter of ISKCON Bangalore vs. ISKCON Mumbai. He ruled in favor of ISKCON Bangalore Society, giving it ownership to the Hare Krishna Hill and the famous temple atop it. He thereby once and for all put to rest all allegations of wrong doing or corrupt family dealings among the leadership of ISKCON Bangalore.
This ruling again reiterated the fact that ISKCON Bangalore, under the leadership of Sriman Madhu Pandit das, is on the path shown by Krishna, separate from the corrupt ISKCON Mumbai Society and its GBC leadership. This result will further enhance and deepen the quality of service of all the residents of Hare Krishna Hill to Sri Sri Radha Krishnacandra for the benefit of all humanity, without unnecessary influences.
This ruling is further proof that what Krishna promises in the Bhagavad-gita, that "My devotees will never perish", is a hundred percent true even though we may not know His workings most of the time.
Thanks goes to devotees worldwide who stood by the ISKCON Bangalore devotees in their decade long struggle to reinstate Srila Prabhupada in the center of ISKCON in spite of severe hardships.
A message to HH Radhanath Swami, HH Jayaptaka Swami, HH Gopal Krishna Goswami and HH Bhakti Caru Swami:
Please take this result, which has come in spite of immense funds sacrificed by you all (to the tune of many millions of dollars) and repeated confidential assurances by Doyaram das, as Lord Krishna's indication that NO ONE CAN DISTURB THE SERVICES OF HIS SINCERE SERVANTS. Hence please desist from further prolonging the case in Bangalore or supporting the dirty cause of Varada Krishna das, who is trashing devotees in a tabloid manner through some websites.
Please call for an end to all hostilities being undertaken by means of your underlings in Bangalore, and let us concentrate on preaching in our own areas and services given to us by Srila Prabhupada. Only pure devotional service rendered for the benefit of the conditioned souls will help us at the time of fast approaching death. Let us preach by our own strengths depending on Srila Prabhupada and Krishna, and then LET THE RESULTS SPEAK.

Today is a sad day. Similarly, there were many sad days during the Kurukshetra war. Some battles were lost but ultimately the war was won by the righteous and so it will also come to pass here. The gamblers and crooks who usurped Srila Prabhupada's temple will never profit from their schemes and in the end will suffer the most terrible fates.
I do not agree with Pandava das. I feel, Lord Krishna knows what is best for each circumstances. By calling people gamblers and crooks Pandava das is degrading himself. Lord Krishna and Srila Prabhupada has taught us to see the Lord in every one and every action and reaction as representing Krishna's Supreme will. Who are we to assess anyone or to curse that some one will not profit etc.
Accept the decision as Krishna's will. I congratulate H.G. Madhu Pandit das for his selfless efforts in bringing Prabhupada's message to entire world.

Its high time that all iskcon gbcs,leaders and devotees come have darsan of Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Krsnacandra. What they will find is the best managed temple that gbc meetings aspire towards, but due to in-fighting and usurping Srila Prabhupada's position,cannot reach.Gbcs must forsake their crab like mentality of pulling down successful projects they dont have a say about. Madhu Pandit dasa by the power of illusory energy of the Lord has foolishly rejected his Guru, HH Jayapataka Swami and usurped the property of ISKCON Bangalore under what reasons? Selfless? I don't think so; Once you are selfless you don't take the property that your Guru in good standard wants to offer to ISKCON and following the instructions of Srila Prabhupada put it under the last management of ISKCON GBC. Once you are selfless never disrespect the desire of your Guru, never behave independent or whimsically with full sense of property, control and power as Madhu Pandit has done, once you are selfless you renounce to the sense of proprietorship and offer everything to the lotus feet of your Guru, fame, name, credit, power, influence, etc.
The law of the vaisnava sadacara states that you are a simple servant of yor Guru. the problem here is the brainwashing of Ritvik fallacy in a desperate desire to explain and "solve" the danger of falling down of some gurus and to childishly trying to protect the lineal logic of purity of guru tattva and siddhantha. It's a lack of knowledge and maturity that mixed with personal desires ends in serious apa sampradaya and vaisnava aparadha.
Selfless means no interest otherwise is a misguided and unfortunate misra bhakti with no bright future.

One more thing: I DON'T THINK MADHU PANDIT DASA IS BAD INTENTIONED I SEE HE'S CONFUSED AND MISGUIDED I SEE HIM AS A VICTIM OF SUBTLE CONFUSION ABOUT GURU TATTVA AND SAMPRADAYA SIDDHANTHA, NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS A VICTIM OF MAYA DEVI. I GUESS HE IS SINCERE BUT HIS INTELLIGENCE IS CONFUSED SO I HUMBLY HOPE THTA KRISHNA WILL HELM HIM TO COME BACK TO THE SHELTER OF JAYAPATAKA SWAMI THE VERY SAME ONE WHO INSPIRED TO DO SUCH A GREAT TASK AND THE VERY SAME ONE WHO GAVE HIM THE NAME THAT NOWDAYS HE IS COMPLACENTLY USING "MADHU PANDIT DASA"
